Cancellation Policy

• All reservations must be prepaid to be valid.
• No show policy: Full first night charges.
• For cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival apply cancellation fees of 1 night regardless of the reason causing the cancellation.To avoid penalty, notification of cancellation 2 days prior to arrival by 4 pm local time is required. This cancellation policy does not apply for Bank holidays as well as the period of 01/JULY –31/AUGUST.
• Payment and cancellation policy for bank holidays and the 01/JULY –31/AUGUST period:– 50 % deposit is required for the booking to be valid (not less than the price of one overnight).
  – Total payment of the entire stay upon check in with cash or credit card.
  – In case of cancellation up to 21days prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refunded
  – In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival or non – show, deposit is non-refundable.
